OurVow Beta Terms
Effective July 11, 2026. These beta terms are a plain-language draft and will be reviewed before production enrollment expands.
Using OurVow
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use OurVow only for lawful wedding planning and guest communication. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Beta availability
Access is invite-only and may be approved, denied, suspended, or ended. Beta features may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give OurVow permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to share content you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another couple’s or guest’s data, upload unlawful or harmful material, send spam, impersonate others, or use automated systems to abuse the platform.
Pricing and registry payments
Creating, editing, and publishing an OurVow wedding website is free. Optional cash-registry gifts may be subject to Stripe payment-processing fees and an OurVow platform fee. Applicable fees are disclosed before registry setup and checkout and may be deducted from the transaction.
Third-party services
Optional providers such as payment, photo, email, and productivity services have their own terms and privacy practices. OurVow is not responsible for a third party’s independent service.
Termination and disclaimers
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may restrict access to protect users or the service. The beta is provided as available; to the extent permitted by law, OurVow disclaims implied warranties and indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and contact
Material changes will receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
